Total fees in AUD. GST is not currently charged. You supply business facts and images and approve the final copy. Scope and fee are agreed before work starts.
Running costs: no mandatory Stratlens hosting fee. Domain registration and renewal, business email and any paid hosting or services are billed directly to you. We explain these costs before you commit.

Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. Your existing site can stay live while you review the replacement.
Will my website appear on Google?
Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and search-engine access are included. Google decides indexing and rankings; search positions aren’t guaranteed.
Do you write the website content?
Yes. We turn your brief into headlines, service descriptions and enquiry prompts for the agreed pages. You supply accurate business facts and images and approve the final wording. The two feedback rounds cover copy and design together; extra pages or substantial changes are quoted separately.
Who owns the website and pays the running costs?
You own your site files and control your domain, hosting and service accounts. Hosting setup and domain connection are included. We use a suitable free hosting plan where possible, subject to provider limits; any paid plans are agreed upfront. You pay domain registration and renewal, business email and paid services directly. Business email setup or migration can be quoted separately.
Can I add bookings, payments or an online shop?
Yes. We can connect a booking service, add payment links or scope a full online store. We quote the setup separately based on what you need. You own the booking or payment accounts and pay any subscriptions and transaction fees directly.
Can I update it later?
Request a quoted update or choose optional website care. A content management system for regular self-editing can be scoped separately.
How soon can we launch?
We agree a date after reviewing your scope and content. Ready-to-use images and prompt feedback help keep things moving.
