Information you provide

Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, selected service and the details you choose to share about your goals or business. Some forms also ask for a business name, number of venues or an approximate sales range. Optional fields are labelled. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information or confidential client data.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether we can help and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Services that help us run the website

Cloudflare hosts the website. Formspree processes form submissions and sends notifications to our Gmail inbox. These providers may process information outside Australia. Their services may collect technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry correspondence while assessing or responding to your request and while it is needed for an ongoing business relationship. We review and delete information that is no longer needed, subject to any record-keeping obligations. The form provider’s archive and backup retention depend on its service terms and our selected plan.

Access, correction and concerns

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have provided, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@stratlens.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Website tracking and external links

We do not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers to this website. Links to LinkedIn and other external websites are covered by those websites’ own privacy practices.
