BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful
answers.

Do I need a restaurant group?

No. A busy single venue may be suitable too. Delivery activity, access to data and your ability to make changes matter more than venue count.

What data will you need?

Usually 8–12 weeks of platform orders, payouts, promotion and advertising reports, relevant POS sales, and food and packaging costs for major items. We check a sample before confirming scope and label missing or estimated costs. Please don’t send passwords or customer records through the enquiry form.

Will you run my delivery stores?

The review includes analysis, an action plan, one implementation session and a follow-up. Your team or agency keeps day-to-day control. Ongoing store management, further implementation and full recipe costing are outside the review scope.

Can you work with my accountant or agency?

Yes. We can work alongside your existing team, agree who owns each action and use their knowledge of your operations and costs.

How do payment and deliverables work?

After the free data check and an agreed scope, pay A$900 at kickoff and A$900 at the readout. The second instalment is not owed if the agreed readout deliverables are not met. Your implementation session and follow-up are included in the A$1,800 fee. No GST is currently charged.

Is contribution the same as net profit?

No. The starting baseline shows what remains after platform fees, merchant-funded promotions, advertising, refunds, food and packaging, before labour and overheads. We state the cost basis and any estimates. When comparing channels or decisions, we also account for material extra labour or delivery costs where data supports it.

Do you guarantee savings or sales growth?

No. Results depend on your costs, market, decisions and implementation. We separate estimated opportunities from observed results and explain the limitations of the data.

What happens after the review?

You keep the findings and receive the agreed follow-up. Monthly or quarterly reviews are available where there are continuing decisions to make and a credible case for the fee. Ongoing scope is agreed separately; there is no automatic subscription.
